Keogh
Keogh Barracks, Mytchett, is a training establishment for all Army medics. It is on the Hampshire Surrey border, about 3 miles from junction 4 of the M3 motorway. The villages of Ash Vale and Mytchett are within 5 minutes, with Aldershot and Farnborough a short drive away.
Unit Facilities - The unit has a limited number of facilities including a gym, café facilities and a convenience store. The café, open to all ranks is located behind the Phase II bar. Hot and cold food and drinks can be purchased here, and there is also a shop. The WRVS centre offer facilities from 10am – 10pm, including television, games consoles, pool table, they also run a rental scheme for DVDs.
Service Families Accommodation - The majority of Service Families Accommodation for personnel posted to Keogh Bks is allocated in Deepcut, Pirbright or Aldershot, although limited numbers of officers’ quarters are available in Keogh Close, just outside the barracks.
